By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Eligibility and research use

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical and research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment or self-administration. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements. Please also read our Research-Use Disclaimer.

Orders and contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you dispatch confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we believe the order breaches these terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We take care to make sure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will contact you before your order is dispatched and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, prices and dispatch times are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Returns and cancellations

Your right to return items is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Product information

Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary slightly. Strengths shown are the quantity stated on the vial label. Documentation such as certificates of analysis is published only where it is available.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of our products for any purpose other than lawful laboratory and research use, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order will apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
