What are Pepto Pure Labs products intended for?
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment or self-administration.
Who can buy from Pepto Pure Labs?
You must be 18 or over and purchasing for lawful research purposes. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
How are product strengths shown?
Each product page lists the strengths available. The amount shown is the quantity stated on the vial label.
Are certificates of analysis available?
Certificates of analysis are not yet published. They will be added to the relevant product pages once they have been received and reviewed. See our COA & Documentation page for more.
Do you give advice on how to use products?
No. Because our products are supplied for research use only, we cannot give advice on dosing, administration or use in people or animals.
Ordering & payment
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to view your order history and save your details.
Which currency are prices shown in?
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
Do you have any discount codes?
Use code LAUNCH15 for 15% off during our launch week. Newsletter subscribers also receive 10% off their first order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We do not currently offer tiered bulk pricing, but Build A Box gives you a saving when you order several products together. For larger quantities, please contact us.
Build A Box
How does Build A Box work?
Choose up to five products from the catalogue, add them to your box, then add the whole box to your basket in one step.
How much can I save?
A box of 2 vials saves 5%, a box of 3 saves 10%, a box of 4 saves 15%, and a full box of 5 saves 20%. The saving is shown in your box before you add it to your basket.
Can I mix different products and strengths?
Yes. You can combine any products and strengths available in the Build A Box catalogue.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including PO boxes.
How much is delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.95 (estimated 2–3 working days) and Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £5.95 (estimated next working day). UK orders over £100 ship free.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2PM, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & support
Can I return an item?
Unused, unopened and sealed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
