Description
GHK-Cu 50 mg and 100 mg
Buy GHK-Cu 50 mg or 100 mg for laboratory research. Each vial contains the stated amount of GHK-Cu as lyophilized powder.
- 50 mg: per vial
- 100 mg: per vial
GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, identified by CAS 89030-95-5. The uncomplexed tripeptide GHK has a separate CAS number, 49557-75-7.
Choose the size
The 50 mg and 100 mg vials contain the same copper complex in different labelled amounts. Choose the size that suits the total quantity your experimental work requires.
GHK-Cu is also a component of the GLOW Blend and KLOW Blend on this store. This single-compound product contains GHK-Cu only, without BPC-157, TB-500 or KPV.
What the research establishes
Maquart and colleagues added GHK-Cu to cultured fibroblasts and measured collagen synthesis. They reported a stimulation that began at very low concentrations, peaked around the nanomolar range, and was not explained by a change in cell number. They noted that the GHK sequence occurs within the alpha-2 chain of type I collagen.
GHK itself was first described by Pickart and Thaler as a tripeptide fraction of human serum that affected the survival and growth of cultured liver cells. These findings concern GHK and GHK-Cu under those experimental conditions, not the properties or performance of this product.
Review the COA and product files
The COA & Documentation page contains the available batch reports and product documentation. Check that the lot number and strength match your vial, that the identity method confirms the copper complex rather than free GHK, and which method was used to determine purity. Where the report states copper content, check it against the labelled form.
The strengths above describe labelled material, not a measured result for every lot. For handling and storage, consult the records that apply to your lot.
