Description
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (No DAC) Blend 10 mg and 20 mg
Buy CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (No DAC) blend 10 mg or 20 mg for laboratory research. Each vial contains CJC-1295 without DAC and ipamorelin, combined as lyophilized powder. The two peptides are combined in equal amounts by mass.
- 10 mg blend: 5 mg CJC-1295 (No DAC) + 5 mg ipamorelin per vial
- 20 mg blend: 10 mg CJC-1295 (No DAC) + 10 mg ipamorelin per vial
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF (1–29), is a 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone with four amino-acid substitutions and no albumin-binding group. Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide, Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, identified by CAS 170851-70-4.
Choose the size and composition
The 10 mg and 20 mg blends contain the same two components in different total labeled amounts. Both share the same labeled 1:1 mass ratio. Equal milligram amounts would not imply equal numbers of molecules in any case, because the two peptides differ greatly in size.
CJC-1295 with DAC is a different molecule, sold as a separate product. This blend does not contain the DAC form, and it does not contain GHRP-2, GHRP-6 or sermorelin.
What the component research establishes
Raun and colleagues characterized ipamorelin in rat pituitary cells, anaesthetized rats and conscious swine. Its growth hormone-releasing potency and efficacy were comparable to GHRP-6, and in swine it did not raise ACTH or cortisol significantly beyond the levels seen with GHRH, unlike GHRP-6 and GHRP-2. These findings concern ipamorelin alone under those conditions.
Most published CJC-1295 research, including the albumin-binding work, concerns the DAC form and does not describe this component. Neither body of work describes the performance of this combined product.
Review the blend’s COA and product files
The COA & Documentation page contains the available batch reports and product documentation. Check the lot and size, the identity assigned to each component, and whether the report measures each peptide’s content separately. A combined purity percentage does not by itself confirm either labeled amount.
The composition above describes labeled material, not a measured result for every lot. For handling and storage, consult records applicable to the complete mixture.
