Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Deliveries to PO boxes are accepted.

Delivery options and prices

The following tracked services are available at checkout:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95, estimated delivery in 2–3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.95, estimated next working day delivery.
Free UK shipping: on orders over £100 (Royal Mail Tracked 48).

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and start from the day your order is dispatched. They are not guaranteed.

Dispatch times

Orders placed and paid for before 2PM, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also view your order status from your account if you created one at checkout.

Missing, late or damaged deliveries

If your tracking has not updated for several working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. Problems with an order should be reported within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate with Royal Mail.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can amend an address before dispatch, but once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail we may not be able to redirect it.
